退货和退款

退货政策

You must return your unwanted Products for a refund within 10 working days from the day you received them and advise us via email of your intention at [email protected] Please ensure Products have been carefully repackaged, including the original packaging, and are returned “as new” in a saleable condition. Failure to do this will entitle us to not provide you with a refund and you will be responsible for all costs associated with returning the Products to you. We recommend sending your unwanted items back via recorded delivery as we cannot refund Products damaged or lost in transit.

损坏的产品:

Every product dispatched by Edie and Rona Ltd is thoroughly checked before it’s posted but if, in the unlikely instance, you do receive faulty products please contact us on [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. Please let us know whether you would like an exchange or a refund; you will not be charged postage for the dispatch of an exchanged item.
